Approach and implementation

We conducted a comprehensive audit of their digital presence and marketing performance to identify growth drivers. Based on this, we built a new digital ecosystem: META and Google Ads campaigns, data collection simplification, tracking tables and dashboards, audience segmentation, and continuous strategic support.

Finally, we trained the internal team to give them long-term autonomy in managing their marketing actions.
