Pavé Gym, the largest Belgian The Little Gym franchisee with five locations, engaged Brightwall to evolve its digital strategy. The challenge: to transform a fragmented digital ecosystem into a structured and high-performing growth driver.

We conducted a comprehensive audit of their digital presence and marketing performance to identify growth drivers. Based on this, we built a new digital ecosystem: META and Google Ads campaigns, data collection simplification, tracking tables and dashboards, audience segmentation, and continuous strategic support.
